Our Nine Mark Darts Sponsored Player, Joe Efter, has been playing darts for over 30 years. He is one of the original 16 Americans to play in the first ESPN World Series of Darts. He is also the first Winmau USSDA National Men’s 501 Champion, 2017. Joe has worked with many darts players who have jumped from lower divisions to become solid competitors in national steel tip darts tournaments.

Joe is also a Co-Founder of the Coastal Empire Dart League (CEDL), a Singles Steel Tip League, originating in Savannah, Georgia in January 2017 with 11 players. In 2019, the CEDL is now flourishing in Georgia, South Carolina, Florida and North Carolina and has over 150 players.
